A friend of mine once told me that she wanted to do nordic walking regularly but was often too lazy to get off the couch. To solve her problem she started to teach a nordic walking class which meant she had to get out at least once a week come rain or shine.
Her story made me smile about the strategies we can use to gently coerce ourselves to make changes in our lives.
